What you need
- A prepared list of 20-30 questions (written at home or downloaded offline)
- One small notepad and pencil per team
How to play
- 1.Prepare questions at home across 4-5 categories. Good camp categories: Nature & Wildlife, Knots & Gear, Geography, Food & Cooking, Pop Culture.
- 2.Split into teams of 2-4. Each team gets a notepad for answers.
- 3.Read each question once. Teams write their answer - no calling out.
- 4.After each category, reveal answers and award 1 point per correct answer.
- 5.Tally after all categories. Winning team picks tomorrow's breakfast spot.
What success looks like
Highest total score after all categories wins.
Variations
- Lightning round: final category is spoken-answer speed - first team to shout the correct answer gets the point.
- Wager round: before the final category, teams bet up to 5 points.
- Mixed-age version: include a Kids category with easier questions; kids can answer on behalf of their team.
